It seems that something has changed and a lot of email systems are not liking the emails from the Arlington List server. This is causing some people to get unsubscribed due to excessive rejections from you email provider to the list software.
This is probably best handled with a trouble ticket to your provider, as I am doing all I know how, and Pair (the hosting service the list uses) is aware of the problem and are doing what they can on their end.
